Visit us at www.WeEvolveABA.com Your Role as a BCBA As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations Create and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide direct and indirect behavioral support Monitor data and make clinical adjustments as needed Train and supervise RBTs Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers Ensure services align with BACB ethical and clinical guidelines What We’re Looking For BCBA Certification (Active, in good standing) 8-Hour BACB Supervision Training Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Level 2 Background Clearance Bilingual in Spanish – a plus! Medicaid credentialing – a plus!
