The Plant Library offers a consistent, high-quality experience and focuses on making plant-centered design effortless for clients while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.\nRole Description\nThe Event Operations Coordinator is a part-time, hourly, on-site role based in our Berkeley studio, with potential to grow into a full-time position. This team member supports the day-to-day operational execution of the studio, with an emphasis on plant inventory and event installation preparation. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with plant maintenance and care, tracking and updating inventory records, supporting rack organization and inventory accuracy, and preparing plant lists and materials for upcoming installs. The role also involves assisting with on-site layouts and install preparation, supporting install execution during busier periods, and updating internal documents, trackers, and systems.
