You will leverage your deep expertise in Intel-based server architectures and MIL-SPEC standards to design, quote, and troubleshoot rugged computing solutions that operate in the world's most demanding environments.The Role Lead the technical lifecycle of bespoke computing projects, from initial system-level development and BoM creation to prototype oversight and final assembly. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, resolving complex hardware integration issues and thermal management challenges in real-time. Conduct rigorous system compatibility and compliance testing to ensure hardware meets stringent MIL-STD-810 and DO-160 standards. Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to translate high-level mission requirements into actionable technical specifications using HubSpot CRM. Perform hands-on integration of third-party PCIe cards into server architectures, optimizing for power consumption and cooling efficiency.What You'll Need 5+ years of deep technical experience with Intel-based computer hardware solutions, specifically within the MIL/Aero or industrial markets. Proven expertise in server architecture, including a solid understanding of thermal dynamics, power sequencing, and high-speed signal integrity. Hands-on proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Linux, and RTOS environments for troubleshooting and system validation. Practical knowledge of MIL-STD-810 or DO-160 testing protocols and the ability to navigate complex compliance documentation.
