Your job as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is to help assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.Why you want to work for us!Competitive Wages and Bonus PotentialOn the Job Training and Promotional OpportunitiesMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceProfit Sharing, 401(k) and Life InsuranceWellness ProgramsLife Assistance ProgramPaid Holidays and VacationsFamily-Owned Workplace What's the work Schedule?Regular schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm with potential after hours calls What's the Job?Inspects and lubricates all machinery and moving equipment such as pumps, mills, conveyor systems, process equipment and assists on maintenance jobs as required and for malfunction and worn partsTroubleshoots and diagnoses repairs of all machinery and equipment relative to lubrication system, performs inventory lubrication, records all lubrication parts and reorders partsChecks and records vibrations and unusual noiseChecks and repairs leaks, breaks and kinks, checks conditions of seals and shieldsChecks guards for loose connections, checks for cleanliness, looseness of fittingsPerforms plant inspections daily and checks work log for daily projects and repairsRepairs all equipment and machinery assigned in a timely and safe mannerAttends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected You and your experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredThree-years' experience industrial mechanic preferredRegular attendance is required What puts you ahead:Previous Mechanic and Manufacturing Experience
