across *PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, instrumentation, and industrial automation systems*\n* Oversee industrial electrical systems including *power distribution, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation*\n* Review engineering designs, specifications, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation\n* Lead major electrical and automation projects from concept and design through installation, commissioning, and startup\n* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and technical risks\n* Work with engineering contractors, system integrators, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers\n* Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Safety, Project Management, and senior leadership\n* Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, productivity, safety, and automation\n* Help solve complex electrical and controls problems when the team needs technical leadership\n* Develop engineering standards and support continuous improvement across the organization\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nWe're looking for an *engineering leader first — not someone who checks every possible box.*\n\nYou could be a strong fit if you have:\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline\n* *8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, controls, or industrial automation*\n* *3+ years of experience leading, supervising, or managing engineers or technical teams*\n* A strong technical foundation in *industrial controls and automation*\n* Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA and/or DCS systems\n* Knowledge of industrial electrical equipment such as power distribution, MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation\n* Experience leading engineering, automation, or capital projects\n* Experience working in manufacturing, industrial equipment, process operations, or another industrial environment\n* The ability to lead engineers while remaining technically credible with the team\n\nDon't Check Every
