Automotive Parts District Manager (Hyundai/Genesis/MobisPartsAmerica)

The PBDM is responsible for the development and expansion of part sales in an assigned district. Candidate will work with MPA, HMA, GMA regional management and Hyundai / Genesis dealers to perform the following KP|'s (1) Meet target part, wholesale & accessory DIO sales objectives (2) Interaction with HMA / GMA field reps / regions to communicate and effectively execute programs / promotions (3) Consult on RIM Parts Eye inventory systems. (4) Train / on-board new PM / PC retailers on HMA / GMA / MPA policy & procedures (5) Increase PMSI awareness / best practices for positive retail survey satisfaction. Position is the main Mobis / Hyundai / Genesis dealer point of contact for part sales and the retail / OE relationship. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for Parts, Wholesale and DIO Accessory sales plans and strategies to HMA / GMA retail dealers to increase dealer and MPA sales. Lead communication contact for MPA / HMA/ GMA part sales team in the region. (40%) Implement National / Regional marketing and sales promotions to assure high dealer engagement and participation. Assist dealerships with improving business processes that support #1 and #2, in addition to enhancing RIM Parts Eye inventory orders and SOP processes to achieve maximum MPA / dealership profitability. (20%) Responsible for certification process of Part Manager and Counterpersons to achieve HMA program criteria. Train new Part Managers / Counterpersons on Hyundai / Genesis / Mobis (buy/sell, new dealer) systems and best practices. (10%) Complete ad hoc requests as needed from MPA management. (10%) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Assist in the development of MPA Non-Warranty, Wholesale and DIO Accessory part sales initiatives to meet individual and corporate sales targets Concentrated focus on increasing wholesale sales and market share via regional / national marketing programs and partner vendor assistance Consult and monitor dealership inventory management program (Parts Eye) for optimal compliance Conduct regularly scheduled consultative dealership contacts Facilitate dealership and regional personnel training sessions. Achieve PM / PC HMA program criteria training status Support MPA national programs to assure high dealer engagement and participation specifically with high volume / market penetration opportunity dealers Review dealer parts sales, ordering procedures and retums to ensure compliance with established OE Parts Policies and Procedures Monitor dealership parts training to assure optimum completion Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
