Technical Sales Coordinator will help organize and enter custom quote requests for the Sales team to deliver.\nResponsibilities:\nData Entry into Xometry Quote Platform\nRetrieve Quote Request information from both Automated and Manual channels\nOrganize information for engineering review\nDimension Drawing review\nRFQ document comprehension\nCAD file review\nEngage with Sales personnel for document clarification and correction\nComplete online and offline templates with available information\nProduce DRAFT quotes per approved methodology\nPresent / Submit DRAFT quotes to Quote Engineers\nMaintain quote databases in a real time basis\nReview and set-up custom quotes using Xometry’s platform\nReview 3D models and 2D drawings for the purpose of quoting and design-for-manufacturing feedback\nHigh-volume data entry, transfer, and management Performs all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies and procedures.\nCustomer Support Responsibilities:\nReview Salesforce Cases and Emails for service requests\nAnswer requests whenever possible\nDirect requests to subject matter experts as required\nThis job is for you, if you have:\nAssociate degree or higher or equivalent experience\nPreferably in a manufacturing or technology related field\nTechnical aptitude to pick up general technical aspects of various manufacturing technologies\nKnowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a plus\nmanufacturing background\nCustomer service oriented\nDemonstrated attention to detail\nPrevious experience with high-volume data entry and management\nHigh energy and comfortable interfacing with coworkers\nCommunicates effectively in a polite and enthusiastic manner\n#LI-Remote\nHere at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
