The Role: We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to help us expand our reach across the U.S. This hybrid role requires spending part of the week at our San Diego factory to gain hands-on understanding of our operations and offerings. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and mine industry lists to identify new leads and opportunities Cultivate B2B relationships with companies in manufacturing, jewelry, art, and related industries Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions Manage your sales pipeline and maintain records in our CRM Attend local industry events and networking functions Collaborate with internal teams to refine and execute sales strategies What You Bring: Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, plating, or electroforming Strong research and lead generation skills Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Based in or near San Diego and available for regular on-site work Familiarity with plating/electroforming is a bonus, but not required What We Offer: Competitive base salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience) Uncapped commission : 5% of gross sales you generate Estimated first-year earnings: $90,000–$130,000 , depending on performance Opportunity for growth in a highly specialized and innovative industry A balanced role with both in-the-field prospecting and hands-on factory experience Join Us!
