Marketing Manager

Overview We’re building a high-growth group of companies in the construction and home services industry — and we’re looking for a Marketing Director who will take full ownership of the marketing function across all brands. This role isn’t just about running ads or posting content. It’s about building scalable marketing systems that drive lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness — systems that can be replicated across every company we acquire under our holding company. You’ll have full creative autonomy and accountability. Your mission: develop the plan, execute it, track the data, and drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies for all brands under the holding company. Build repeatable systems and processes to streamline marketing onboarding for newly acquired companies. Maintain and oversee the company-wide marketing calendar. Create and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage posting, engagement, and content creation — including photo/video coordination. Plan, manage, and optimize all paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube). Analyze performance data and report ROAS monthly. Build and automate lead-nurturing and customer-retention campaigns. Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and subsidiaries. Track and present monthly performance dashboards to leadership. Specific Deliverables (First 6–12 Months) Build a Marketing Playbook documenting processes and systems for onboarding new companies. Create a centralized marketing dashboard showing KPIs across brands. Implement automated email and SMS campaigns for both new leads and past customer retention. Launch and manage paid ad campaigns with proven ROI. Develop a content and posting calendar across all social channels. Establish vendor and creative partnerships to scale marketing output efficiently. Successfully onboard marketing operations for at least one newly acquired company. What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management (construction, home services, or B2C preferred). Strong background in paid ads, email/SMS marketing, and automation tools. Ability to build and document systems for scale and acquisitions. Highly analytical with strong creative instincts. Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, HubSpot/GoHighLevel, and Monday.com. Performance Expectations Take complete ownership of the marketing function — no hand-holding. Present new ideas, campaigns, and measurable results monthly. Drive consistent lead flow and improve retention across all companies. Build scalable marketing infrastructure that supports the holding company’s long-term growth.
