This is a hands-on production role involving manufacturing equipment, packaging machinery, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a safe work environment.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Perform depalletization, production filling, product packaging, palletization, shipping, and receiving activities.\n* Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment such as pumps and valves.\n* Operate packaging equipment including robotics, filling machines, case packers, labelers, and related machinery.\n* Operate forklifts and assist with unloading dry and liquid materials.\n* Load trucks with finished products.\n* Monitor product quality, including fill levels, fill weights, package appearance, production cycles, and raw material documentation.\n* Follow all safety procedures and participate in plant safety programs and activities.\n* Report unsafe conditions using established safety reporting systems.\n* Read and follow work instructions throughout production, packaging, shipping, and receiving areas.\n* Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free workplace.\n* Assist with training other General Production Operators as needed.\n* Be available to work different shifts when needed for vacations, overtime, or call-ins.\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.\n* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\n* Strong attention to safety and quality.\n* Ability to perform physically demanding production duties.\n* Ability to operate or learn to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.\n* Ability to work overtime or a different shift when required.\n* *Physical required.*\n* *Steel-toed boots required.* Eligible boot expenses may be reimbursed through Coupa.\n\nPay: $21.00 per hour\n\nExpected hours: 40.0 per week\n\nBenefits:\n* Employee discount\n* Paid time off\n\nApplication Question(s):\n* Choose your preferred shift:\nA.
