Our Store Managers act with urgency and are driven to achieve results. They thrive on building high performance teams that execute with excellence.\n\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $74,650 – $107,295 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus. In addition, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits to Associates (and their families) such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 200 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and associates through respectful and effective communication.\n\nRequirements\nExperience\nMinimum of two years of retail management experience\n\nEducation\nBachelor's/Associates Degree preferred or High School graduate/Equivalent\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.\nRequires standing and moving for an entire shift.\nAbility to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist.\nAbility to safely climb up and down a ladder.\nAbility to become forklift certified and physically able to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.\nAvailability\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business.\nRegular attendance is an essential function of the job.\nSome travel required.\nAbout Harbor Freight Tools\nWe’re a 45 year-old, $8 billion national tool retailer with the energy, enthusiasm, and growth potential of a start-up.
