In this role, you will prepare finished products for shipment while ensuring orders are packaged, labeled, and processed accurately and efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and being part of a strong team.**Seeking a candidate with a valid CDL license**What You'll Do Count, pack, and label parts according to customer specificationsVerify products are packaged and labeled correctly before shipmentLocate parts in the shipping area or on the production floor as neededProcess parts for shipment to customers, outside services, or inventoryUse scanners and basic computer systems to track ordersMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow company policies, quality standards, and safety proceduresWhat We're Looking For High school diploma or GEDCDL LicenseBasic computer skillsAbility to read and follow written work instructionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentForklift experience (including stand-up forklift) preferredManufacturing or shipping experience is a plusPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at timesAbout R&L Spring CompanyR&L Spring Company is a family-run manufacturer in Lake Geneva, WI known for our strong team culture, clean facility, and commitment to quality.
