The role involves aligning five workstreams, managing cross-regional dependencies, running Agile ceremonies, and providing executive-level reporting on velocity, budget, and milestones within a regulated financial services environment.\r\nWhat You Will Do\r\nGlobal Coordination: Manage project timelines, dependencies, and Agile ceremonies across USA, EU, LatAm, and India pods to ensure seamless 24x7 progression.\r\nWorkstream Alignment: Track the delivery of discrete milestones, from ASPM enablement to automated evidence attestation.\r\nRisk Mitigation: Identify and proactively resolve blockers spanning technical, operational, and resourcing domains.\r\nGovernance & Reporting: Provide executive-level visibility into velocity, budget burn-down, and milestone completion.\r\nMust Haves\r\nAuthorized to work for any employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD).
