Transaction Analyst

A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to evaluate and support complex real estate transactions. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent increases Support tracking of lease information, property values, and capital expenditures Assist in managing local transaction implementation and facilitate the closeout processRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial modeling is a plus In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Intermediate math skills for financial-related calculations Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
