Additional offerings include a 401(k) retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter and parking benefits, AD&D insurance, and exclusive employee discount programs.What You'll DoDevelop accurate, detailed electrical drawings for industrial systems with a focus on power distribution and automationCreate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD ElectricalDesign layouts for PLCs, VFDs, and motor/stator systemsSupport senior engineers with calculations, design documentation, and project reportingCollaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients to meet specifications and deadlinesConduct occasional site visits to support installations, troubleshoot issues, and verify design accuracyEnsure all designs comply with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practicesWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or GED required (technical certifications or higher education preferred)5+ years of experience in electrical design within industrial or manufacturing environmentsStrong proficiency with AutoCAD ElectricalSolid understanding of power distribution systems, control systems, and industrial automationAbility to interpret and create detailed schematics and technical drawingsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsWhy This Role Stands OutThis is a hands-on design role where your work directly impacts how systems are built and operated.
