This role also\n\nplays a key part in ensuring restaurants remain clean, well‑maintained, and in good repair at all\n\ntimes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nIn-Store Training & Certification\n\n● Conduct hands‑on training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and leadership\n\nteams.\n\n● Certify employees on all positions using standardized checklists and performance\n\nevaluations.\n\n● Support General Managers in executing consistent training practices across all shifts.\n\n● Lead retraining initiatives for stores with gaps in QSC, food safety, or speed of service.\n\n● Ensure all training content aligns with Wingstop brand standards and Bridge Restaurant\n\nGroup operational requirements.\n\nFood Safety, Sanitation & Compliance\n\n● Ensure all employees follow proper food safety, sanitation, and food‑handling\n\nprocedures.\n\n● Conduct routine audits to verify compliance with Wingstop and Bridge Restaurant Group\n\nstandards.\n\n● Support stores during health inspections and internal audits.\n\n● Identify operational weaknesses and implement corrective training plans.\n\nNew Store Openings & Transitions (As Needed)\n\n● Assist with training for new store openings, remodels, or leadership transitions.\n\n● Train opening teams on recipes, equipment, prep systems, and Wingstop kitchen flow.\n\n● Ensure all staff are certified and prepared before opening day.\n\nLeadership Development & Team Capability\n\n● Work with store‑level employees, Shift Leaders, Assistant General Managers, and\n\nGeneral Managers to strengthen in‑store training capability.\n\n● Provide ongoing coaching to improve execution, teamwork, communication, and kitchen\n\nleadership.\n\n● Support stores in building bench strength and reducing turnover through strong training\n\npractices.\n\nPerformance Analysis & Operational Support\n\n● Analyze KPIs including ticket times, food cost, waste, and SMG food quality scores.\n\n● Recommend training interventions based on performance trends and operational data.\n\n● Work closely with Above Store Management to align training priorities with business\n\nneeds.\n\n● Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to operational improvement strategies.\n\nFacility & Visit Reporting\n\n● Identify and report facility issues observed during store visits.\n\n● Complete a detailed training summary after every store visit, including observations,\n\naction items, and follow‑up needs.\n\n● Provide training on proper QSC self‑evaluation procedures and conduct QSC\n\nevaluations as part of store visits.\n\nWe're not in the wing business.
