Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Summary We are seeking a driven and organized Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts across our operations, accounting, finance, field, and corporate teams. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while partnering closely with division leadership to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and help build strong talent pipelines across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple open positions and changing priorities. This role requires strong communication skills, urgency, professionalism, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across operations, field services, accounting, finance, and corporate functions  Partner with division managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce priorities  Develop, refine, and maintain job descriptions for various positions throughout the organization  Build a strong understanding of operational roles, reporting structures, and department functions  Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and recruiting platforms  Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interview processes  Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process  Maintain recruiting pipelines and applicant tracking systems  Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding  Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics for leadership reporting  Assist with offer coordination and onboarding preparation for new hires  Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future staffing needs  HR & Administrative Support Support onboarding and new hire administrative processes  Maintain recruiting records, personnel files, and hiring documentation  Assist with compliance-related hiring and onboarding documentation  Provide general administrative support related to recruiting and workforce planning initiatives  Support special projects and additional HR-related initiatives as needed  Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related roles  Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously  Strong understanding of recruiting processes, sourcing methods, and candidate management  Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms  Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills  High attention to detail and strong follow-through  Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively  Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard recruiting tools  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment  Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for operations, construction, skilled trades, field services, accounting, or corporate roles  Experience partnering with operational leadership and hiring managers across multiple departments  Strong sourcing and networking abilities  Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills  Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
