These activities will allow for our internal customers to make sound strategic decisions as well as allow for increased engagement by the sales team with our external customers. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, data driven, and have experience in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of pharmaceuticals at the molecular level.Key Responsibilities:Participate in ongoing system maintenance and data cleansing, including de-duping, system cleanup and data quality review.Categorize molecule data provided by pharma intelligence.Research and obtain demographic information for pharmaceutical and biotech industries for entry into our Salesforce CRM platformAssist Sales Operations team with ad-hoc reporting and data validation requestsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a life science discipline preferably Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or Biology1+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotech industryIntermediate Excel SkillsHigh attention to detail, careful review of all data entries for accuracy and completenessEffectively communicates with executive level professionalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with the Salesforce Classic CRM platformWork or study in a Pharmacy programDatabase Administration Skill/Experience/EducationSales Operations Specialist (Temporary)Contingent Hourly (CWHR)-TEM.CWHR.A00
