Maintenance Lead

Maintenance Lead Philadelphia, PAWe are hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Lead to support property operations at our Philadelphia, PA location. This role is responsible for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent service to our residents. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Complete daily work orders, repairs, and service requests in a timely mannerAssist with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasksPerform maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, and general building systemsConduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programsRespond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventoryWhat You Bring:35 years of maintenance or trade experience in a residential or commercial settingGeneral knowledge of building systems and repair workHVAC certification a plus but not requiredStrong Boiler maintenance experience is also a plus but not requiredReliable, detail-oriented, and team-focusedAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay depending on experience and certificationsCompensation: $29/hr - $33/hrFull benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k)PTO, holidays, and career development supportAbout HH Red StoneWe are a fast-growing property management firm committed to delivering top-tier service and building strong teams.
