You'll work alongside engineering, manufacturing, and customers to solve technical challenges, coordinate complex installations, and help deliver world-class equipment safely and successfully.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTake on small to medium equipment modernization and field installation assignments as directed by the Field Engineering Manager and execute the Field Engineering Process (FEP).\nAct as the primary Project Manager for equipment modernization projects, overseeing all aspects of project management, including customer communication, scheduling, build completions in the shop, shipments, and installation planning.\nEnsure that the customer site is safe and fully prepared for the start of ASC equipment installation.\nMonitor the financial health of projects, actively seeking ways to save on costs and ensuring the project stays within budget.\nCoordinate local contractors when necessary to support installation and project needs.\nConduct site visits early in the project to assess risk, plan logistics, and collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on installation planning.\nAssess site layouts for field builds and provide preliminary sketches for the placement of materials, trailers, equipment, and vessels.\nProvide expert troubleshooting for any issues arising in the field, recommending solutions, and working with the field team to implement them.\nMonitor changes in project scope during installations and document change orders when required.\nProactively plan and write lift plans to ensure safe handling and placement of equipment.\nREQUIREMENTS\n4-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management.\nEntry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or field installations.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.\nAbility to exercise sound judgment, manage heavy workloads, and work independently.\nWillingness to quickly gain knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools used in field-erected autoclaves.\nAbility to travel and work in field locations up to 10% of the time, depending on project size and complexity.\nOccasional weekend work may be required.\nWHY JOIN ASC\nAt ASC, we work hard, but we also make sure to have fun along the way.
