Our clients include L'industrie Pizzeria, Aska, Prune, Court Street Grocers, Montague Diner, S&P Lunch, Elbow Bread, Sauced Wine Bar, and more.Role OverviewWe're hiring an Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of restaurant clients. You'll be the primary relationship lead, working directly with owners to manage financials and drive execution on strategic projects. You'll operate as an embedded financial and operational lead, helping owners grow their business with the support of a Back-House Operations Associate, whom you'll direct on day-to-day account work.This role puts you at the center of NYC's independent restaurant scene with a front-row seat to how top hospitality brands are built and scaled.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for multiple restaurant ownersOversee weekly financial reporting, cash flow management, and ad-hoc modelingOwn strategic projects and operational initiatives – contributing ideas, managing timelines, and driving them to completionCoordinate across teams (bookkeeping, marketing, tech, restaurant owners/staff) to ensure timely, high-quality deliveryProactively flag opportunities to improve margins and efficiency, and drive solutions to client pain pointsMaintain documentation, SOPs, and internal notes for each accountRequirements3+ years of experience in client services, restaurant finance, or hospitality operationsProficient in Google Sheets or Excel, and comfortable building and interpreting financial modelsAble to read a P&L, identify inefficiencies, and communicate insights clearly to a non-finance audienceExperience with QuickBooks Online, Toast, Square, or MarginEdge preferredComfortable owning client-facing relationships and juggling competing priorities across a portfolio – managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables with careful attention to detailGenuine passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to help operators build lasting businessesBenefitsPotential equity participationMonthly healthcare stipendPaid vacation + sick leaveProfessional development budgetDining stipend across our client restaurants
