If you're committed to ongoing learning and share our passion for achievement and overcoming challenges, you may be a great fit for our growing team.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nRead and interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and signal flow diagrams\nGather and document programming requirements from engineering designs and client specifications\nDesign, create, and test new control system modules and custom touch panel / GUI interfaces\nProgram control processors, touch panels, audio DSPs, and AV peripherals (Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Biamp, Valcom, and similar platforms)\nPerform system commissioning, pre-installation checkout, and testing of code prior to and during deployment\nPerform on-site troubleshooting and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases\nCreate end-user training materials, as-built documentation, and other program-related documents\nParticipate in peer code reviews to support code quality and consistency\nUpdate and maintain programming code in installed systems\nMaintain control code in a version control system\nTravel to various job sites as needed\nWhat It Takes to Be Successful\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nFormal education or training in electronics, IT, software, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered\n5+ years of experience programming AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, QSC, Valcom, and various DSP platforms) required\n\nCertifications\n\nAVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred\nCTS-I, or manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., Crestron Programmer/CMP, Extron Control Professional, AMX Programmer, QSC Q-SYS) a plus\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nHands-on programming experience with Crestron (SIMPL, SIMPL+, S#), Extron (GlobalScripter), AMX (NetLinx/Duet), and QSC Q-SYS\nExperience configuring and tuning audio DSPs (Biamp, QSC, Extron, or similar)\nWorking knowledge of AV-over-IP and streaming protocols (Dante, NDI, AVB) and general networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs)\nAbility to read and work from AutoCAD or similar AV system drawings\n\nTraits\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nHelpful and team-oriented\nResourceful decision-making and creative problem-solving skills\nAdaptable and effective under tight deadlines\nOur Core Values\n\nQuality — We take pride in our work and take ownership of the outcomes.
