Store Helper - Full-Time

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Greenhouse Merchandiser to care for plants, maintain displays, and support customer experience in a retail greenhouse environment. Key duties include stocking live plants, watering, pruning, rotating inventory, setting up signage, and assisting customers with plant guidance. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in heat and humidity, and have strong attention to detail. Previous retail or plant care experience is preferred but not required. The role offers seasonal employment with potential for extension, paying $16/hour, with benefits including health coverage, 401K, and paid leave.
