The craft of the role is scoping: making the call on when to MVP a quick fix, when to invest in a reusable solution, and when to push back.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nOwn end-to-end technical delivery for prospective and existing customers, from requirements through shipped outcomes across rollout, adoption, long-tail support, and expansion.\r\nPartner with Customer Success, GTM, and Engineering to remove blockers fast, align on scope and tradeoffs, and keep execution moving.\r\nConnect and validate customer security telemetry end-to-end, from ingestion and parsing through downstream workflows and outcomes.\r\nBuild rapid prototypes, integrations, and workflows for customer-specific needs, then harden the best solutions into reusable deliverables.\r\nShip code and configuration changes across APIs, permissions, integrations, and notification workflows to improve reliability and time-to-value.\r\nDebug and reproduce issues, fix inconsistencies in data and integration behavior, and drive feedback to Product and Engineering with root cause, fix recommendations, and success criteria.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nSenior FDSE operator who can set the operating model and deliver hands-on customer outcomes. As part of the founding team, you'll build playbooks, set delivery standards, and create feedback loops.
