If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology, strategy, and customer engagement intersect, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in the renewable energy space.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical solution development for customer opportunities, including system architecture, sizing, integration strategy, and overall solution optimizationPartner closely with sales teams to engage customers, identify project requirements, and position tailored energy storage solutions effectivelySupport RFQ/RFP processes by providing technical expertise, feasibility analysis, system design recommendations, and cost-conscious solution strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on technical scope, timelines, and delivery expectationsServe as a key contributor during project transition from awarded business through execution and launch (RFQ through SOP)Identify technical and commercial risks early in the process and drive proactive mitigation plans to support successful project outcomesAct as a trusted technical advisor for both internal stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycleQualifications5–10+ years of experience within energy storage, renewable energy, power systems, or related industriesStrong understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and grid integration conceptsExperience supporting customer-facing technical sales efforts, RFQ/RFP responses, and solution-based discussionsProven ability to work effectively across sales, engineering, operations, and manufacturing environmentsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiencesExperience supporting utility-scale and/or commercial & industrial (C&I) energy projects strongly preferredWhy This Opportunity?:This is a chance to help shape the future of clean energy by working on cutting-edge storage and power solutions with a collaborative, innovative team.
