The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor maintenance and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities - Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming - Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate power tools effectively - Use hand tools for landscaping tasks - Assist in mechanical maintenance on equipment Requirements -Ability to: Stand for 8+ hours Work in an outdoor climate Lift 50+ lbs -Possess a valid drivers lisence Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Referral program Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: Highland, IL 62249 (Required) Work Location: In person
