A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full Time, Remote, Care Management Support Coordinator in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, or McAllen! (MUST GO IN OFFICE IF ANY POWER OUTAGES OCCUR, TECH ISSUES, OR WIFI ISSUES). Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Care Management Support Coordinator II to join its scheduling and member outreach team. This role is responsible for supporting compliance goals by ensuring members are contacted and scheduled in a timely manner. Care Management Support Coordinator Compensation The pay for this position is $18/hr Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Care Management Support Coordinator Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Care Management Support Coordinator Responsibilities · Conduct outbound and inbound member calls in a high-volume environment · Schedule and coordinate member appointments in accordance with compliance guidelines · Document member interactions accurately across multiple systems · Work collaboratively with peers and leadership to meet team performance goals · Navigate multiple applications simultaneously while speaking with members · Troubleshoot basic issues independently and adapt to changing processes · Maintain professionalism and empathy during all member interactions · Care Management Support Coordinator Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2–3 years of customer service and/or call center experience Strong job stability and longevity (2+ years with previous employers preferred) Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities Ability to adapt quickly to change and troubleshoot issues independently Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred Experience working with healthcare members or care coordination teams is a plus If you think this Care Management Support Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me—feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
