Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role located in New York, NY. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative apparel designs, ensuring trends and market demands are met. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, working with textiles and embroidery, attending fitting sessions, and collaborating with other teams to refine designs and maintain brand integrity. Qualifications Proficiency in Fashion Design, creating and illustrating designs that reflect current trends and brand identityExperience working with Textiles and Embroidery in the development of high-quality garmentsStrong skills in Fitting to ensure proper garment construction and functionalityKnowledge of the fashion industry and its trends, with the ability to adapt to market demandsExcellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsRelevant experience in similar design roles, with a robust portfolio showcasing creative capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field is preferred
