This is a great opportunity for a dependable technician looking for long-term work with a company that offers strong benefits and steady work.Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systemsPerform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-upsService heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-split systemsInspect systems for performance, safety, and code complianceReplace motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, compressors, and other componentsCheck refrigerant levels and identify leaksComplete startup and operational testing on HVAC equipmentCommunicate findings and repair recommendations with customersMaintain accurate service records and paperworkEnsure company vehicle, tools, and equipment are properly maintainedRespond to service calls in a timely and professional mannerMaintain a clean and safe work environment at all timesQualifications:5–10 years of residential HVAC service experience preferredTrade school background preferredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsValid driver's license required (company vehicle provided)Must be able to pass drug screen and background checkBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k)2 weeks PTOCompany vehicle providedLong-term opportunity with a stable company
