Engage with homeowners to introduce Monarc’s home solutions
Set appointments and generate interest in our services
Learn and master effective sales strategies through on-the-job training

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction
(Not Required) Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a territory management or traditional sales role
