This senior analyst will lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, standardize processes, and maximize business value from enterprise platforms.Work ArrangementThis is a 100% Remote positionResponsibilitiesLead complex business analysis efforts for enterprise platform initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to define business needs, priorities, desired outcomes, and process improvement opportunitiesFacilitate process discovery workshops, decision-making discussions, and cross-functional collaboration to align business stakeholders, end users, product owners, and technical teams around business objectives and future-state ways of workingCreate and maintain analysis artifacts and supporting documentation, including current-state and future-state process maps, process flows, use cases, functional designs, presentations, and related materials to support solution design and operational transformationSupport intake, enhancement, incident management, ERP enhancements, and system integration efforts while driving process standardization, business process redesign, and continuous improvement opportunities across shared services functionsPerform research, process analysis, data analysis, and value case building using business analysis tools and basic SQL knowledge to support operational decision-making, business process assessments, and solution validation knowledge to support operational decision-making, business process assessments, and solution validationAnalyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, process gaps, manual workarounds, and opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardizationPartner with business leaders to define operational metrics, success measures, and KPIs that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of process improvementsSupport change management, user training, and adoption activities, and mentor other analysts to promote consistent analysis standards, process discipline, and delivery practicesSupport business transformation initiatives by documenting future-state operating models and ensuring technology solutions align with desired business outcomes Education And ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field.
