You'll partner directly with leaders to tackle challenges like retention, engagement, talent gaps, and more—armed with data, curiosity, and just the right amount of storytelling flair. This role combines deep technical skill with strong business intuition . You'll validate complex datasets, refine insights, and ensure that every recommendation is accurate, ethical, and strategically sound.\r\nKey Responsibilities Strategic Consulting: Work side-by-side with business leaders to turn big questions into testable hypotheses, sparking 'aha' moments along the way.\r\nData Modeling: Use advanced analytics and predictive models to identify risks and opportunities in the workforce—and recommend solutions that make a measurable impact.\r\nData Analysis: Dig deep into data to uncover patterns around attrition, hiring, development, talent management, and employee listening—surfacing insights others might miss.\r\nNarrative Development: Turn validated data into visual stories leaders want to read. You won't just explain the 'what'—you'll illuminate the 'why' and 'what now.'\r\nFunctional Liaison: Translate business needs into technical requirements so People Analytics builds the right tools at the right time.\r\nDriving Data Culture: Champion easy-to-use, self-service metrics that empower leaders to explore and understand their own data.\r\nData Validation & Auditing: Serve as the final checkpoint to ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, consistent, and logical across systems.\r\nAI Oversight: Monitor predictive AI outputs—like flight risk or performance models—to ensure insights are unbiased and grounded in reality.\r\nData Governance: Advocate for ethical data use and protect employee privacy while still delivering meaningful insights.\r\nQualifications Required Qualifications & Skills:\r\nEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, or similar field (Master's preferred). At least eight years of analytics or consulting experience, including five years in People Analytics.\r\nBusiness Acumen: Strong understanding of how organizations operate and how people drive business outcomes.\r\nRelationship Building: Able to build trust quickly and act as a strategic advisor to executives.\r\nAdvanced Data Literacy: Comfortable interpreting statistical concepts such as regression, correlation vs. causation, and standard deviation.\r\nBI & Visualization Expertise: Skilled in Power BI or Tableau, able to modify queries and create custom visualizations independently.\r\nSystem Fluency: Strong knowledge of HCM systems like Oracle Cloud HCM, with an understanding of data structures behind the scenes.\r\nQuerying & Manipulation: Experience using SQL or advanced Excel tools to merge and interpret data from multiple sources.\r\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\r\nDesired Characteristics Strategic thinker with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business insights.\r\nExcellent communicator able to influence senior leaders and support executive decision making.\r\nInnate curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new analytical methods, tools, and technologies.\r\nAbility to transform complicated datasets into stories that resonate, inspire, and drive action.\r\nExperience mentoring junior analysts and helping them grow in analytics and client engagement.\r\nTarget salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
