This role oversees the receiving, processing, disposition, and movement of returned product while ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.\n\nYou’ll lead a team responsible for getting returned product processed accurately and efficiently, determining product disposition, returning sellable inventory to stock, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the operation stays organized and on track.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nLead and coordinate daily returns activities, including receiving, unloading, processing, put-away, and movement of returned product.\nSupervise, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to team members, ensuring work is assigned effectively and completed accurately and on time.\nDetermine the appropriate disposition of returned and non-conforming inventory.\nEnsure sellable returned product is processed, put away, and made available for inventory in a timely manner.\nMatch returned product against Return Authorizations and verify required documentation for accuracy.\nResearch inventory and receiving discrepancies to identify errors and support resolution.\nEnsure returned product is properly counted, labeled, staged, and routed to the appropriate location.\nManage daily staffing and workload priorities based on operational needs.\nSupport 5S, continuous improvement, and process improvement initiatives within the department.\nEnsure equipment, tools, and supplies are available, accounted for, and maintained appropriately.\nEnsure the safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and reinforce established safety procedures.\nIdentify and communicate safety concerns, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n\n3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or similar operational environment.\n1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.\nExperience with shipping, receiving, returns, and/or inventory control.\nAbility to lead a team, assign priorities, and manage multiple operational needs in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve inventory or processing discrepancies.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable using computers and warehouse systems to complete daily operational tasks and reporting.\nExperience working with material handling equipment.\nProfessional, dependable, and able to work effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.\n\nPay Range: $72,000-$75,000 annually plus bonus based on experience\n\n5.11 offers a best-in-class benefits program including: medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) program with employer match; employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
