You create your future and ours.\nFinancial Reporting Analyst JOB SUMMARY Performs financial reporting and consolidation activities, including monthly and quarterly consolidated results for management and the parent company. Maintains reporting systems and Power Query-enabled reporting tools, and reviews financial reports for accuracy, integrity, and consistency.\nThe role supports a reporting environment using OneStream, SAP, Stravis, and Excel Power Query. The planned SAP HANA migration will provide opportunities to support process modernization, testing, and reporting improvements.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES Performs advanced accounting functions, including preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and equity eliminations.\nCompiles and analyzes results of global regions during the close process; makes inquiries to understand results and detect errors through critical review of financial information.\nSupports the monthly close process for the corporate parent entity and prepares financial/statistical reports and analysis.\nAssists in managing auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit; prepares supporting schedules and analysis for external auditors.\nSupports reporting and accounting for global Sales and Inventory, including global complexities such as multiple factories, warehousing locations, and a large product portfolio.\nProvides accounting and reporting guidance and problem-solving support to global accounting associates.\nConducts technical accounting research as needed, including IFRS-related reporting matters.\nMaintains reporting processes using OneStream, Stravis, SAP, Microsoft Office, templates, reconciliations, and validations.\nParticipates in readiness and transition activities related to the planned SAP HANA migration, including testing, data validation, process documentation, and reporting improvements.\nUses Power Query, financial systems functionality, and responsible AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.\nSpecial projects as needed.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.\nExperience 5 years of relevant accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or audit experience.\nExperience working in an international organization preferred.\nExperience consolidating international subsidiaries with multiple foreign currencies preferred.\nExperience with IFRS, consolidations, or audit strongly preferred; a strong US GAAP background may be considered with the right combination of experience.\nExperience with a consolidation system is preferred; OneStream experience is a plus or the candidate must be capable of learning it quickly.\nExperience with OneStream, SAP, Stravis, or similar ERP/reporting platforms preferred.\nExperience in public accounting viewed favorably.\nSkills Self-directed individual with strong motivation and willingness to take initiative. Should work independently while accepting constructive supervision.\nAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of associates and management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcel power user preferred, or ability to quickly learn advanced Excel, Power Query, reconciliations, formulas, templates, and data validation workflows.\nMotivated to improve manual or repetitive reporting processes through Power Query, automation, and disciplined controls.\nKnowledge of, or ability to learn, OneStream, Stravis, SAP, and related financial reporting workflows.\nExperience with AI tools or AI-enabled productivity improvements is a plus, particularly where used responsibly for analysis, process documentation, or reporting efficiency.\n-Or-\nAn equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential duties of this job.
