Position Summary: The Director provides leadership, oversight,and strategic direction for assigned RVCC programs, ensuring servicesare delivered in alignment with organizational goals, regulatoryrequirements, and best practices. This role is responsible forsupervising staff, overseeing recruitment, training, performanceevaluations, budget management, and maintaining high standards ofprogram quality and compliance. The Program Director also collaborateswith executive leadership, internal departments, and community partnersto strengthen services, support program development, monitor outcomes,and drive continuous quality improvement and organizational growth. KeyResponsibilities: To oversee the recruitment, training, evaluation andsupervision of the on-the-job performance of assigned personnel. Toprepare annual budgets for assigned programs and manage the programs andthe staff consistent with approved budgetary goals. To establish andachieve goals and objectives for assigned programs consistent with RVCCgoals and with advances in the applicable fields of treatment oradvocacy. To propose, plan, oversee and develop approaches, services andprograms that enhance the services of RVCC and is responsive to theneeds of clients within the assigned programs. To cultivate, enhance andmaintain interdepartmental staff, affiliated organizations, andcommunity relationships. To identify, collect and report relevantstatistical data to reflect the activities of the assigned programs andstaff and to ensure compliance with administrative, regulatory and, ifapplicable, contractual requirements. To aggressively market theservices of RVCC in collaboration with the CEO and to maintain andfollow up ongoing communications with community, State or Federal andprivate or public resources with whom RVCC has or desires to havecontracts. To plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate programs andservices in collaboration with other RVCC departments, affiliatedorganizations and community agencies. Qualifications: Required:Master\'s degree in Human Services, Social Work or related health orhuman services field. LICSW, LMHC or Psychologist in the Commonwealth ofMassachusetts Four years of experience in health or human services, atleast two years of which were in a supervisory capacity. Preferred:Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
