Find your place on our team and help us change the world!\n\nPosition Summary:\nWe are looking for a hardworking, and passionate experienced CMP Process Development Engineer for our Florida Advanced Packaging site. In this role, you will lead, develop, and improve an overall integrated Advanced Packaging process flow. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to communicate ideas with foundry customers, colleagues, and management.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nNew process development/transfer/integration in a manufacturing environment.\nDevelop or integrate robust manufacturable process recipes for Foundry customers Focused on CMP and in one or more of metal deposition, dielectric deposition, metrology, etch, photolithography, or Advanced Packaging areas.\nProcess integration for MEMS/Photonic devices advanced packaging backend of line.\nUtilize metrology tools to characterize process conditions and document results.\nInvestigate and drive integration changes for improved device performance and yield improvement.\nWork with process and tool engineers to find processing marginalities and make improvements.\nRoutinely monitor selected in line and end of line SPC charts for trends or excursions that can be addressed by integration changes.\nMonitor and improve electrical test parametrics.\nCould develop into a Project Management position integrating Customer device requests.\nThe job also requires performing other duties as assigned. Percentages of time spent on job duties are estimates and may vary for each position.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation: 7-10 years experience with BS, 5-7 years experience with MS, 2+ years experience with PhD\n\nExperience and Skills:\n\nFab processing tools knowledge/experience.\nStrong CMP Process Development experience\nExperience with Copper, Oxide, Poly, and BCB is preferred.\nMEMS/Photonic device and integration knowledge with relevant combination of years of experience and/or advanced degree.\nKnowledge of DOE, SPC, and 6-sigma concepts and applications.\nProject Management skills and/or defined training a plus.\nClear problem-solving capability, data driven, inventive solution oriented and can articulate thought processes.\nCan work both independently and in cross-functional teams for problem solving.\nUS Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of, or ability to obtain, a US government security clearance.\nThe annual salary range for this role is $114,320 - $171,480.
