Work in our El Segundo, California office.\nFun stuff you will do on the job:\nProvide advice to Program/Project Managers regarding acquisition strategies, schedules, contracting, budgeting and execution.\nDevelop data models integrating program financial and technical data to support actionable decision recommendations.\nPrepare periodic status reports, coordinate and execute periodic staff meetings and technical interchange meetings, and develop acquisition plans, schedules, and executive program briefings.\nDevelop, draft, and coordinate overarching program planning and execution documents as prescribed by/tailored from DoDI 5000.02 / Acquisition Framework, and relevant DoD, AF, and local unit policies that pertain to rapid prototyping.\nProvide technical and programmatic assessments of contractor design/milestone reviews to assess progress, risks and issues, and the ability to achieve mission requirements.\nProvide program element coordination, staffing and monitoring; advise and assist government customer regarding funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures as well as develop and support delivery of program funding documentation and monthly financial reports across the program budget and execution lifecycle.\nQualifications\nThis is you:\nBachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.\nExperience developing data models integrating program financial and technical data to support actionable decision recommendations.\nProficiency in Excel.\nSpace or Aerospace Acquisition experience.\nMust have an active Top Secret clearance with in-scope SSBI/T5 background investigation. Ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Program accesses.\nYou will wow us even more if you have these skills:\nMaster Degree in Business Management, technical management, and/or engineering.\nProfessional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP).\nExperience in the National Security Space and, or the Space Control mission area.\nExperience in government weapon systems acquisitions and program management and, or Contracts management within the Department of Defense.\nTarget salary range: $160,001 - $200,000.
