Executive Assistant
We're seeking a seasoned, proactive Executive Assistant to support a number of Senior Executives and team members across departments This full-time, on-site position is based in our Midtown Manhattan office -New York City and requires exceptional organizational, communication, and judgment skills. You'll be acritical partner to leadership, helping to manage day-to-day operations, sensitive priorities, and high-level interactions in a dynamic, fast-paced investment environment. Schedule- Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pCompensation- $100-140k (depending on experience) + benefitsKey Responsibilities:Executive Support• Provide high-level administrative support to senior investment professionals• Manage complex calendars with strategic prioritization across time zones• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including board-level and investor engagements,and timely management of deal related matters• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism• Prepare briefing materials, memos, agendas, and follow-ups for meeting• Facilitate seamless communication and act as a gatekeeper for executive accessOperations & Coordination• Coordinate, plan and manage detailed domestic & international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics• Track and reconcile expenses and corporate credit card transactions• Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams on behalf of the executives, experience with vendor/ contract management• Support strategic initiatives and special projects with a high degree of autonomy, discretion and forethought• Organize team building events, executive offsites, all with a VIP hospitality mindsetWhat We're Looking For• 3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, preferably in finance, investment, or fast-paced industries• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities with poise and precision• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills• Mastery of Microsoft Office, Zoom, Adobe suite, experience with QuickBooks is a plus
