Join us as we continue building a unified, global therapy organization dedicated to empowering children and families.\nLocation: South Jordan, UT\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assessment: Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.\nPerform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors and design positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs).\nAnalyze data and monitor client progress to make informed adjustments to treatment plans.\nIntervention: Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on client needs and goals.\nSupervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate delivery of intervention plans.\nCollaborate with families and professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent interventions across home, school, and clinic settings.\nSupervision and Leadership: Provide ongoing supervision, support, and training to Behavior Technicians while upholding ethical and professional standards.\nConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development.\nParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and consultations to coordinate and optimize client care.\nCase Management: Coordinate with insurance companies for assessment of services, treatment plan reviews, and service authorizations.\nManage client and Behavior Technician schedules as necessary.\nKeep families and caregivers informed about client progress and program updates.\nStaff Training & Coaching: Provide initial and ongoing training for new hires and Behavior Technicians on ABA principles, intervention techniques, and session management.\nDeliver real-time feedback and guidance during sessions to Behavior Technicians.\nCreate and maintain training materials to support staff development.\nKeep detailed records of team meetings, training activities, and performance evaluations.\nProfessional Development: Stay current with ABA research and best practices through continuing education opportunities.\nContribute to clinic growth through participation in quality improvement initiatives and potential research activities.\nQualificationsJob Requirements: Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.\nBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).\nStrong understanding of ABA principles and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and within a team.\nProficiency in data collection, analysis, and making data-driven decisions.\nA valid driving license\nBenefits: Salary- $70,000- $85,000per annum\nBCBA bonus model offers a monthly earning potential of up to $1,100.\nHourly Bonus: BCBA will receive an hourly bonus for all billable hours exceeding their target billables, this is in addition to the above bonus model\nAnnual performance reviews with salary increases.\nCell phone allowance.\nMileage reimbursement.\nEducation & CEU Stipend: $500\nComprehensive healthcare benefit program for you and your family.\nLife and dental insurance.\nLong-term disability insurance.\nUp to 13 days of paid time off, including sick leave.\nEmployee discounts for mobile phone services, travel, entertainment, restaurants, retail, and more.\nEmployee Stock Option Plan: Eligible after one year of full-time employment.\nSIMPLE-IRA Plan: Eligible after two years with $5,000 or more in compensation, with a company match of up to 3% of your annual salary.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Proficio Therapy Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer committed to building a team that represents the racial, ethnic and linguistic needs of our clients.
