Come join the excellence!OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned leader to head our PMO & Delivery Excellence function while also serving as a strategic partner to the CTO. This role combines enterprise program leadership with operational oversight of Engineering to drive alignment, execution discipline, and delivery outcomes across a complex product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoLead enterprise PMO functions across a portfolio of technology initiativesDrive delivery excellence, governance, and cross-functional alignmentPartner with Product, Operations, Finance and Engineering to ensure roadmap execution and operational rigorServe as a trusted advisor to the CTO, supporting leadership operations and engineering alignmentFacilitate key leadership cadences, including daily, weekly, and monthly engineering forumsOversee workforce planning and staffing alignment across business unitsProvide clear executive-level reporting on delivery health, risks, and progressWhat You Bring12+ years in program management, PMO leadership, or delivery operationsProven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiativesStrong understanding of SAFe Agile and hybrid delivery modelsExceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skillsExperience working closely with Engineering and Product leadership as well as support organizations such as Operations and FinanceAbility to operate at both strategic and hands-on levelsNice to HaveExperience in Chief of Staff or similar operational leadership rolesBackground in resource planning, financial tracking, and organizational designExperience in large-scale transformation or M&A environmentFor this role, we anticipate paying a salary range of $202,000-$247,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
