You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our software products and services. You will be responsible for ensuring successful completion of SW development resulting in product(s) that has completed Software Integration Testing and is ready to proceed to formal validation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with other engineering stakeholders to design, implement, and validate completion of the software product(s).\r\nDuties & Responsibilities\r\nAbility to design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain new software functionality.\r\nAbility to work with previously written code and make modifications as necessary.\r\nAbility to create automated tests for user interfaces and backend services.\r\nAbility to work closely with other disciplines (systems and test engineers) to troubleshoot and fix problems.\r\nEnthusiastic and energetic performer able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, and sometimes pressured environment.\r\nTeam player incorporating a team-based success philosophy\r\nContribute to the completion of program and project milestones under the specific guidance of his/her immediate supervisor.\r\nAbility to follow established SW processes and procedures, development, documentation and maintenance/management of operations concepts, requirements (software level), external and internal interfaces, and other software engineering work products/artifacts.\r\nAgile Framework: Implement and champion the principles of the Agile process ensuring agile methodologies are followed.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nTypically a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience with 2+ years working in an Agile environment, a bachelor's degree and equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 3+ years related work experience.\r\nUnderstanding of SW fundamentals and SW development lifecycle\r\nExperience with Requirements derivation and testing\r\nExperience with software execution throughout the entire software life cycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases)\r\nSoftware and system-level debugging experience including the ability to identify problems in established code and make modifications as necessary. Debug existing software and correct defects\r\nExperience with automated test tools for user interfaces and backend services\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\r\nAbility to prioritize and make data-driven decisions\r\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract\r\nWillingness to travel to customer sites for integration and testing events\r\nWillingness to be on-site regularly working in a secure area\r\nCurrently holds an active Top Secret w/ SCI or SCI eligibility U.S. national security clearance or be able to receive and maintain one.
