Our specialized experience allows us to provide clients with an economical and reliable solution in many sectors, including healthcare, education, life science, corporate office (tenant & landlord), co-working/creative office, entertainment, industrial, and retail and hospitality.\n\nJob Description:\n\nA successful Project Manager at RAM Construction will provide the highest level of service and quality implementing all members of the construction team starting with preconstruction services, throughout project construction, and finishing with successful project close out.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\n\nFull project responsibility in all areas of construction and construction management.\nMust be able to perform project pre-construction activities including, estimating, bidding, value engineering and scheduling.\nManage project scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation.\nResponsible for project quality control and quality assurance that construction meets or exceeds the plans, specifications, codes, and approved shop drawings.\nResponsible for change order estimating, tracking and commitments.\nProject documentation, correspondence, records, paperwork, shop drawings, submittals, procurement schedule, RFI’s etc.\nOpen communication with management.\nTrain and develop team members for overall company growth.\nOther duties as required.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience working for a commercial GC.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience Managing Projects in commercial construction.\nHave adept knowledge of all principals of construction, methods, techniques, print reading, contracting, and construction management.\nProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), accounting cost management software (Procore), and scheduling software.\n100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope.\nExperience with running multiple projects, preferably within RAM Construction’s core markets.\nExcellent listening skills and strong communication skills.\nAbility to create and support team morale.\n\nBenefits:\n\n401K Matching\nMedical, Vision and Dental Benefits\nLife Insurance\nAuto Allowance\nCompany cell phone or cell phone reimbursement\nPaid Vacation + Paid Holidays\nBonus opportunities\n\nSchedule:\n\n7:30 am to 4:30 pm\nMonday to Friday\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nThese physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
