The Server is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.\n\nServer Responsibilities include:\n\nServe resident meals in a timely and professional manner\n\nReset and prepare tables for the next meal service\n\nServe room trays as needed\n\nMaintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization\n\nAdhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards\n\nExhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency\n\nSet tables and maintain workstations in proper order\n\nTake orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service\n\nClear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed\n\nServe customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere\n\nEnsure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedure\n\nAt Daylesford Crossing, we embrace a culture of hospitality.
