Seasonal Promotions Team
Title: Promotions TeamDepartment: Gameday OperationsFLSA Status: Non-exempt/SeasonalPart time March-SeptemberReports To: Manager, PromotionsSummary:Promotions Team members assist with promotions during Omaha Storm Chasers games. This includes promotions on the field, on the concourse and pregame/postgame giveaways/promotions. Promotions Team members also will assist with fan experience and fun while providing customer service to fans in assigned seating areas.Responsibilities:Clean assigned seating areas prior to gates openingSelect and prepare contestants for promotions while welcoming fans as they enter Werner ParkAssist with the set-up, execution, and breakdown of daily events and/or promotions while making sure all equipment is organized, in good condition, and stored properly after each gameEngage and interact with Storm Chasers fans while displaying an enthusiastic and positive attitudeDeliver exceptional customer service to all guests including assistance finding assigned seats and assisting with first aid or security needsLearn and retain stadium, ticket and promotional informationKnowledge and Skill Requirements:Must be willing to submit to a background screen; any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background screenAuditions for this position will be requiredStrong customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment; work with a sense of urgencyAbility to follow oral and written instructionsAbility and willingness to work at least 50% of events at Werner Park, including nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to work outside in all weather conditions including; cold, wind, rain and heatAbility to easily stand, move up and down stairs, bend, twist, and reach overhead as neededWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:Will you be available to start on Opening Day 2026 - March 31?How many events per week will you be available?
