We work closely with operators in the automotive aftermarket to surface the numbers that drive revenue and flag problems before they cost money. It's a small, hands-on team where the work you do shows up directly in a client's results, and where being resourceful counts more than following a playbook.The RoleAs Account Manager, you're the face of myAnalyst for your clients. You're the person they call when they have a question, a goal, or a fire to put out. You'll own onboarding, run demos and trainings, keep a close eye on account health, and make sure every client is actually getting value out of the platform, not just paying for it. You'll dig into what each operator is trying to accomplish, translate that back to our product and engineering teams, and spot the moments where expanding their setup genuinely helps them.Day to day, you'll:Build long-term relationships with assigned clients and learn their business inside and outLead onboarding, demos, and training sessions that drive real adoptionStay on top of communication and follow-up so nothing with a client ever goes quietMonitor account health and get ahead of churn risk before it shows upGather and prioritize client requirements, then partner with product and engineering to deliverIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities that align with client goalsHandle escalations quickly, calmly, and professionallyTrack account performance and report on what's working and what isn'tWhat We're Looking ForExcellent B2B communication and relentless follow-up. You actively use them in your own work and can confidently recommend the right ones to both our team and our clientsComfort with data, dashboards, and BI tools, and the ability to explain insights to people who don't live in spreadsheetsResourcefulness.
