Support Coordinator

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are in China and Indonesia.POSITION OVERVIEW:The PBD Support Coordinator is an execution-focused role that keeps the Product & Business Development team organized, on schedule, and operationally sound. This position is responsible for sample handling and shipping logistics, basic data entry in company systems, and maintaining organized file and document structures. Success in this role looks like reliable follow-through, consistent attention to detail, and minimal need for re-direction on routine tasks.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Receive, log, label, and physically organize all incoming development samples; maintain accurate records of sample location and current status.Coordinate outgoing sample shipments for brand meetings and development milestones — generate shipping labels, package samples, and communicate carrier/tracking information to the appropriate team contact.Pull and stage samples for presentations as directed; return and re-shelve samples following established storage practices.Flag damaged, missing, or mislabeled samples.Run standard system exports and reports when requested; deliver outputs to the requesting team member.Maintain sample tracking logs and update status fields on a regular cadence as instructed.Save and file development documents in SharePoint following the established folder structure and naming conventions.Perform routine SharePoint clean-up: remove duplicate files, correct misfiled documents, enforce consistent folder naming, and flag structural issues to the manager.Ensure shared folders remain accessible and consistently organized for the broader team.Provide support on PowerPoint and Excel tasks as needed, including formatting, data entry, and document organization.Maintain supply inventory for the shipping station; reorder as needed with manager approval.Transport and deliver outgoing sample shipments to couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) as needed, including end-of-day drop-offs.Organize and maintain sample rooms and showroom.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.Relevant work experience in a similar execution or coordination role is valued equally to formal education for this position.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.Reliable and self-directed on routine tasks; does not require repeated instruction for established processes.Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook at a functional level.Physically able to handle, sort, and transport sample boxes and packages as part of daily work.Professional communication and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.1-3 years of prior experience in a shipping, sample coordination, retail operations, or administrative support role preferred.Must have reliable personal transportation.COMPENSATION:Salary range: $24–$26/hr (non-exempt, hourly)SCHEDULE:Monday-Thursday on-site. Occasional Fridays may be expected.
