Boom Assembly Mechanic Pay: $20–$26/hr + $2/hr shift differential for 3rd shift! Shift: Monday - Friday 6a-2:30p or Monday–Thursday, 8:00pm–6:00am (Overtime as needed)Build heavy-duty boom trucks from the ground up!Essential Job FunctionsRead and interpret mechanical drawings, including weld symbolsInstall inner sections, reels, accessories, wear pads, hoses, winches, and cablesUse conventional and precision measuring toolsComplete inspections, certifications, and documentationBuild, repair, and modify equipment to meet project specificationsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentFollow attendance and punctuality expectationsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsGood math and measurement abilitiesAbility to read engineering drawingsBasic to intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Access)Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems professionallyHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious mechanical experience preferredPhysical RequirementsFrequently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shiftAbility to lift from floor to overhead positionsStand and walk for extended periodsUse hands and arms regularly for pulling, gripping, lifting, and tool operationSafely climb ladders, steps, and trucks as neededHands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to build something you can be proud of?
