You will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative gameplay experiences to life on both iOS and Android platforms, focusing on delivering fast, monetization-ready prototypes and high-performance games.Key Responsibilities:Design, prototype, and build cross-platform mobile games using Solar2D with Lua scripting.Implement core gameplay mechanics and game systems from concept to deployment.Optimize game performance for seamless experiences across a wide variety of mobile devices.Integrate monetization features such as in-app purchases and ad networks to ensure games are market-ready.Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to iterate and refine gameplay.Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in game development.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience developing mobile games with Solar2D (Corona SDK) and Lua scripting language.Strong understanding of cross-platform game deployment for both iOS and Android.Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and efficiently in fast-paced environments.Solid knowledge of optimizing mobile game performance and managing device compatibility.Experience integrating monetization solutions such as ads and in-app purchases.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Portfolio showcasing shipped mobile games developed with Solar2D/Corona SDK.Familiarity with app store submission processes and analytics tools.Experience working with remote, multicultural teams.
