This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn. There is no ceiling.You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients across multiple segments:• Businesses — corporations, startups, restaurants, and brands that need custom branded merchandise, uniforms, and promotional products• Schools, sports teams, and organizations — team uniforms, spirit wear, fundraising apparel• Event planners and individuals — weddings, bachelorette parties, family reunions, corporate events• Influencers and creators — custom merch programs• eCommerce sellers — Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop sellers who need a reliable U.S.-based POD fulfillment partner💼 What You Will Do• Present Print Melon's products, pricing, and fulfillment advantages to potential clients• Work closely with our team in Irvine to ensure smooth client experience• Identify and reach out to prospective clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and direct outreach💰 CompensationThis is a commission-only role. We offer a highly competitive commission percentage on revenue generated — details shared with qualified candidates.There is no cap on your earnings. Our clients place recurring monthly orders — meaning your commissions compound over time as your client base grows. A strong performer who builds a solid client portfolio earns consistently every month, not just on the initial sale.✅ What We're Looking For• Strong communication skills — written and verbal• Proven sales experience — ecommerce, print, promotional products, apparel, or B2B sales background preferred• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently• Southern California / Irvine area preferred — not required for the right candidate• Existing network in ecommerce, retail, or promotional products is a significant advantage
