This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and deep technical expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment..\nResponsibilities:\nLead, coach, and mentor a team of software developers, helping them grow technically and professionally.\nManage the full software development lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery — ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and high quality.\nCollaborate with product management, QA, and operations to align development efforts with business priorities.\nChampion best practices in coding, architecture, and design to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.\nAct as a technical resource and problem-solver for your team, especially when tackling complex challenges.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement through process enhancements and innovation.\nConduct performance reviews, offer actionable feedback, and identify growth opportunities for team members.\nStay on top of emerging technologies and trends, bringing relevant innovations into your team’s work.\nBalance resource allocation, team capacity, and project priorities to deliver results.\nSkills and Qualifications:\n3+ years in a leadership role managing software developers.\n7+ years of hands-on experience with:\nASP.NET (C#/VB.NET, Web Forms, MVC, Web Services)\nSQL Server development\nJavaScript and Telerik UI\nDeep understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProven ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and lead teams through change.\nComfortable navigating cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.\nExperience in a dynamic environment where adaptability and continuous learning are key.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices.\nBonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or NetSuite.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.\nCertifications in project management or software development methodologies are a plus.\nCompany Culture:\nWe are proud to offer eligible associates a full-range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, 401K, Profit Sharing, paid time off, holidays, and reimbursement toward gym membership fees.
